Shipping Policy

 

3.1 Domestic Shipping Only

LDD-SH Store ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States will be cancelled.

 

3.2 Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for delivery, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days from order placement to delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, high order volume, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control do not entitle the customer to a cancellation, refund, or compensation of any kind.

 

3.3 Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the delivery destination and order characteristics. Carrier selection is made at our discretion. A shipment tracking number will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been dispatched.

 

3.4 Shipping Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LDD-SH Store bears no liability for orders dispatched to an address incorrectly entered by the customer, packages returned due to an undeliverable address, or orders refused at the point of delivery. No refund will be issued in any such case.

 

3.5 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier records a confirmed delivery for a shipment, LDD-SH Store's fulfillment obligation for that order is complete. We are not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen following a confirmed delivery scan. Customers experiencing such issues should contact the relevant carrier directly. While we will cooperate reasonably with any carrier investigation, we are unable to guarantee recovery, replacement, or reimbursement.

 

3.6 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
