Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free from damage or excessive wear

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos to assess the issue. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Situations

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
